1.Governing Body (Trust / Management)
The Chairman, Secretary, and management representatives act as a bridge between the Governing Body and the college administration. Their responsibilities include: Translating the trust’s vision into actionable institutional policies Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the Principal Overseeing administrative efficiency and financial discipline Encouraging innovation, expansion, and industry-oriented initiatives Their leadership ensures stability, growth, and ethical governance.

The Principal is the chief academic and administrative officer of the college and holds overall responsibility for institutional functioning. The Principal: Leads academic planning, implementation, and evaluation Coordinates with management, faculty, students, and external stakeholders Ensures quality teaching–learning processes and outcome-based education Oversees accreditation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives Promotes research, innovation, and faculty development The Principal plays a central role in fostering a culture of excellence, discipline, and inclusivity.
4. Academic Administration Deans
They assist the Principal in academic planning and monitoring. Their responsibilities include: Curriculum planning and academic scheduling Monitoring academic performance and learning outcomes Coordinating inter-departmental academic activities Supporting implementation of institutional academic policies Heads of Departments (HODs) Each academic department is led by a Head of Department who is responsible for: Effective delivery of the curriculum Faculty coordination and workload distribution Laboratory development and maintenance Student mentoring, projects, and academic progress Departmental planning, reviews, and reporting HODs ensure academic quality and discipline within their respective departments.
5. Faculty Members
Faculty members form the backbone of the institution. They are responsible for: Classroom teaching and laboratory instruction Student mentoring and academic counseling Project guidance, research, and innovation activities Curriculum enrichment and continuous evaluation Participation in institutional development activities Faculty members actively contribute to the intellectual, professional, and ethical development of students.
6. Administrative Office
The Administrative Office supports the academic system by managing day-to-day operations. 7. Support Services and Technical Staff

8. Statutory and Non-Statutory Committees
